CANCELATION POLICY

As a driver you can decide to cancel a service five minutes after arrival if the customer is not present. However, it is recommended to contact the customer before cancelling. If the driver ends up cancelling, he/she will be charged a $7.75 cancellation fee from the customer’s trip fare.

If the customer cancels a service trip three minutes after the ride has been accepted, the driver will be paid a $7.75 cancelation fee. If the trip is cancelled in less than three minutes the driver will not be paid.

If the driver decides to cancel a ride because of personal reason, the driver must contact the customer prior to cancelation. In this case, the driver will not be paid any fee.
